the 500ho also has a higher compression piston

For the record. The 500 does not have electronic engine braking. Just regular engine braking. The first year 400 did not have it standard, but was offered as a very low price upgrade, due to so many people requesting it. It shows as standard/accessory on the web page for '05 so not sure if it's standard now.
My 04.5 400 came with EBS. I have a good relationship with my dealer and said that polaris wants the customer to ask for it but the sportsmans include the EBS upon request. Since I have the good relationship, he threw it on mine.
