I have a 2002 trailboss 325, I need more ground clearance because I keep getting stuck in ruts,(I really do not want to put a lift in either), so I figure I can increase the tire size to help.

Here are the stock tire sizes that I have.
front 23 x 7 x 10
rear 22 x 11 x 10

What size tires will fit without rubbing?
I would guess that 25" -26" will work.
