Default Superwinch rocker switch

I have an older superwinch, the one that had the square box with the big rocker switch in it. Well the plastic box is brocken and i was wondering if I could buy a smaller rocker switch and mount it in the headlight po near the speedometer. My question is can I buy any rocker switch. I'm sure there have to be some requirements. The switch that is on it now has four wires connected to it. I looked for a replacement box but I don't think they make this type of switch on the superwinches anymore, maybe I'm wrong. Any suggestions to get this switch hooked up will be appreciated. The snow is starting to fly and I need to lift the plow up. BART

I'm sure there are smaller switches to replace it. You will need the same connections as you currently have. If there are 4 connections on it, one is 'Power', the second is 'Ground', the third is 'In' and the 4th is 'Out'........the 'In' and 'Out' are obviously the winch controls to the solenoid/contactor......the power and ground I think will also connect to the contactor, but you should be able to trace all the wires

You will need a 12V switch....current I can't say....check with the winch manufacturer....

Open the control box and see if they put anything else in it....
