Sp500 2004.5 Electrical Probs
Hey Bigjer,
I have the 02' 700 SP.....I replaced my circuit breakers already, under the front panel to the left area, a small black pouch, sealed at both ends.....2 wires into, 2 wires out of the pouch....I think it is heat sealed around the wires.....The pouch is about 3 inches long by 2 inches wide..... there is another one that is exactly like it on the right side under the panel too, that goes to your accessory power outlet on pod.....let me know if you have any probs.....

bigjer, If you have adobe on your comp you can download the parts manual. The addy is
http://www.polarissales.com.au/aus-p...atv-parts.html
The manual for the 2004.5 is PN 9918728. I've found this very useful in finding part numbers and how things go together and where they are located. The regular shop manual is better but costs about 40 bucks. This is only a parts manual but it's free. It's good for reference and it really helps to have to part number when you go to the shop to ask for something.
