Default Polaris Plow Blade

Anyone try the commercial 48" plow blade? How much more durable is it than the standard 48"?

Thanks.

The Commercial plow blade is 1/4" and has hardened wear bar and skid shoes....

The standard blade I believe is 3/16", 1/16" thinner than the Commerical blade. Unless you are plowing alot of rocks, etc., the standard blade is pretty damn thick....you will also add some weight on the front end when using the Commercial blade.....

I bought the standard blade and then bought the heavy duty wear bar and skid shoes and put them on my machine....
