mine does the same thing... it was getting on my nerves, i figued i needed to rejet sence it is jetted down to 40 at its lowest reccommendations

 

I havent had the chance to mess with my ATV yet. It has been brutally cold here. Was -39 F here when I woke up this AM. Not even going to attempt untill it gets up in the teens.

 

I got it going. This one really stumped me. Turns out it was the throttle cable was a little out of adjustment. Is there some sort of safety feature on those things like on a sled? I tightened up the throttle cable at the barrel adjuster by the pod and she ran like a champ. I was ready to rip the carb off and do all kinds of crazy stuff to it. Its always the last thing you check.

 

Ive been running mine in the -25 to-30 c range with no problems at all.This is the second winter for this machine!

 

As it turns out, mine was a fouled plug. Apparently I left the choke on too long...New Plug..back to new!!! Go figure!!!lol
