Steve...it takes alittle work....
I make sure there is not dirt on the upper part, otherwise its like sliding it over sandpaper...I put the bottom partially on, then pull back and twist to get it aligned....takes some muscle....
I pop the bottom down, put the pin through, the top has to go all the way on, you may have to tap the other side to move the sway bar back over to get the pin through. There are some comments in the thread you posted on it...
