Default dreaded tie rod trouble

Well, it looks like I have the dreaded tie rod trouble, as well as steering bushing problems. After reading tons of posts here about "tie rods" using the search function, I have come to this conclusion: There are two types of Polarises: Them that have had their tie rod ends replaced, and them that haven't YET.

Anyway, I hope I get all the hardware needed to do all the repairs. I order the upper bushing from Partsland (cheapest I could find), Inner/Outer Tie Rod Ends from EPI (the new design, I hope), and finally, the Lower Bushing (aluminum) from HPD. A little less than $200 for all of it. I think it was around $186.00 total for all three orders.

Oh well...If I keep replacing parts, I'll eventually have a new ATV! The bad news is that the same parts are used on my wife's Magnum, and I guess I'll eventually have to do hers too. Her machine is tighter than mine (hers has been babied a little more), so maybe it won't be too soon. Add another Polaris to the books who has had her tie rod ends replaced!

When I install these tie rods from EPI, how much should I torque the through-bolts?

Also, where can I get Tri-Flow, the spray Teflon? Autozone didn't have it.

I only tried the Auto Zone, but there are plenty of other places to try before I order it and pay shipping. Thanks.
