2002 Sportsman 500 HO Valve specs
I am adjusting the valves on the 500HO, I have seen the specs for older 500s but is the .006 intake/exhaust right for a 02 HO?
Oh not to start a who new can of worms but did Ford engineers go to work at Polaris? It looks like there work when I was tring to remove all this BS covers to get to the valve cover.lol

2002 Sportsman 500 HO Valve specs
If .006 is correct then the intake is a little tight .04 or .05 and exhaust is loose around .010, I went and set it at .006 all the way around. I guess the dealer was wrong when he said 1500 miles but he also said it could go to 3000 miles before I do it.
