Hey guys, Tax time is here and i've been toying around with making a quad switch.
I'm going to be talking to dealers and also putting my Raptor up for sale in a next couple weeks.
I'm going to replace it with a utility. I know some of you knows will think i'm crazy for giving up a sport to get another utility.
But i've found over the past year i didn't use the Raptor enough. My bikes are much faster and are better for big air which is what i'm getting into. So for all my extreme riding i'm going to move over to bikes.
As for quads i want another utility 4X4 for ditch riding mudding and snow. which is the type of riding i end up doing with atv's
I said all that to ask which utility i should get? I have an 01 Xplorer 400 right now and love it and am happy with the power So i was thinking about getting 500HO used if i can find a good one. How much differance is there between the 500HO and the 600 twin. and how big of a price jump is there between the 500 and 600 used?

I would love to get the 700 or the 800 EFI, for the wife, and I could ride it to, and hunt off of it. Go out a test drive one and so what you think, very sweet looking quad.

 

for the price of a newer used quad you could almost pick up a left over 04' model and still have a brand new quad. you should ask some dealers how much you can get for a trade then make a post to see if anyone on the site is interested before you trade it in.
