Default Manual Diff lock switch ?????

It was very difficult to try and count, and with a couple of them I am not positive on the numbers, but here I go.

Rear axle - 40 teeth
output shaft inner - 11
output shaft outer - 10
center chain front - 22 ?
center inner - 12
front - 22 ? very hard to count while on machine

I am almost positive on the ones that do not have question marks, and if that is the case I would have 3 that are wrong. The front one is probably correct, it was just too hard for me to count.

Hey GST97. it appears your gear ratios seem more consistent with the Scrambler (15.8%):

The rear gear ratio is 40 teeth/11 teeth = 3.636
The front gear ratio is 22 teeth/12 teeth * 22 teeth/10 teeth * 24 inch tire/23 inch tire = 4.209

The percent difference is 4.209/3.636 * 100% - 100% = 15.8 %

It appears you have two sprockets different from the parts manual, the two sprockets on the transmission output shaft. It is not clear to me if someone changed them or the manual is wrong. One more question, are your front tires 23 inches and your rear tires 24 inches? Or are you font tires like new and the back tires bald? Hey 95sport400, could you post your sprocket count for the transmission sprockets?
Thanks BryceGTX

They are both pretty new mudlites.

24 rear, 23 front... was the same way with the stock 24/23's also

Sounds like your tire sizes are right on. We need to hear a post from someone else on the transmission sprocket count to see if you have the correct sprockets.

I'll try to get that for you tomorrow. I'll be in the garage working on the sled I just bought. Even though I'm a die-hard, life-long Doo rider, I just bought my second Poo touring sled. I liked the first one, I'm sure I'm going to like this one, also.

Hey 95sport400. Congrats on the new sled. I hope your having more snow up there than we have down here. We really appreciate your help on the sprocket tooth count.
