The 600 is not bad and you can go to the heel clicker site and watch the install. Depending on how mechanically inclined you are it would probably take about an hour & a half. I had never worked on a polaris clutch when I installed mine. I think the heel clicker is a great kit it really puts the power to the ground. You can't go wrong with the clicker.

Go to atvquadsquad.com and get the cob discount. On the 700's you have to remove the spider to place a shim behind it. You will need a clutch puller to take the clutch off and take it to the dealer to let them take the spider off. Other than than the basic tools are needed. Go to www.heelclicker.com and look at the install.

I second that.

7003, what weight setting do you run on your HC(tip/mid/shldr), and what settings would you recommend for full out ***** strait line performance?
Thanks,
Jim

I have the recommended set up 1.2s 4.3c 3.3t with the stock blue green spring. I tried 4.3 on the tip when I had bigger tires and it seemed to me that the rpms was to low. I also tried the orange spring but I could run down the road at wot and it would not shift the belt all the way out of the clutch with the orange spring. I like the stock blue green spring because it engauges right off idle and I do alot of rock crawling. If you put the orange or the yellow spring in its instant wheelies.

IMO I would install a Dalton industries plain/white in the front and a Dalton black in the secondary .

(total cost $53.50)

I would leave the exhaust stock and the money I saved I would take a pretty girl out to a nice dinner and a bottle of Makers Mark whiskey .

Hi Rick,

Would you recommend the same thing for my 2004 Sportsman 400? Will that have about the same effect as installing a Heelclicker?

Thanks, Bob
