Default Possible Pred Idea?

I was just lookin at my pred and came up with an idea i'm not sure will work. I was wonderin about puttin on a cone air filter and then moving the battery into the stock airbox. Not sure if it will work or not, lets hear your guys opinions on this.

it will worklike any mod if its done right. but why place the battery in the box?? haven't seen any problems where its at now. heres a suggestion - put on the filter, seal up the box and use it for storage on longer trips. just a thought

Exactly what I was thinking. Ever since I installed my K&N clamp on, I had to remove the tool kit under the seat so it would have enough room to fit. I would like to be able strap it down somewhere in the air box just in case. You never know when you will be out on the trail and need a screwdriver.

I turned my air box into a storage box, it works great, but I also sold my Rath K&N and got the twin air. You can do this if you got the twin air.
