Default Phoenix 200

I have just bought the Phoenix 200 from a local dealer here in Norway. It is registred as a motorcycle for road use.
The thing is it only does 40mph (65km/t). I read in some ad. that in the US/Canda it does like 60/65mph. Is this correct?

Is it possible that it has been modified for EU so it cant reach top speed? (We have so seriously strange rules here when it comes to atv/quads)

Thanx for all help I can get.

I think that is about right for top speed. It may be tuned for more top end speed, but I don't know if it's been out long enough for anyone to try it. Being that you say it converts to 60/65kmH they must have mixed up their conversions.

But there are two type of bikes here... You got the "Phoenix 200" and you got the "Phoenix 200 Quadricycle".
What is the main diffrence there?
