2005 Polaris Phoenix 200 Red Sticker

I just my CA OHV registration for my Phoenix 200 and it has a Red sticker. It does not have the 3 or C in VIN so I am wondering if any other CA residents got Red Stickers. Gonna go to DMV and fight but not if others have already lost the battle.

I just got a green sticker in the mail for my Phoenix. Looks like DMV erred. let 'em have it!!

I would print out this web page ca. red sticker and bring it in with you. It's straight from DMV's web site.
