I've got a pair from Northern Tool they fold in half and are aluminum with steel skeleton. What makes them so nice is they are the curved type that allow you to not scrape going in and out. Also the curved takes care of the scary angles.

do you have a sams club in your area? I got mine there its a 48 inch wide three fold aluminuim planform for $74.00. could be worth a try.
