White or green in the primary. HPD has about the cheapest prices, but you'd have to cross reference the spring rate between Polaris & HPD. The HPD plain spring is close to the Polaris white until 3/4 thru full shift, then it's ALOT stiffer.

The '03 trailboss has a blue/green primary spring stock. Try rick ritter at rcr, he can better help you decide what is best for you for what your going to use it for. Are you going to go to a bigger tire also, that will make it bog even more. Rick is a geat guy and has always been a pleasure to do business with!

Go to your closest dealer and tell him you need a primary spring for a 2000 2x4 400 Scrambler and you will get a Polaris white spring(plain with white on the end) This will cure your problem.HPD ans RcR have them but HPD has a big shipping/handling fee.Rick isnt too bad on shipping but you can get one for $20 at a dealer you order it it will be at least $26.

Dont expect too much more out of the 330. I have one and it is great but it has no guts. Look at my pics and you can see some mods like bigger tires, winch, handguards, etc... You can also try different clutch springs if you are not happy with the white one. Overall it is a great reliable machine that can go most places the 4x's can.
