That was pretty good. The one town name that I remember is Deadhorse, Alaska. Yes, look on the map near the top of the state. I remember in the 80's, it won the Joe Bob Briggs Drive In Theater award for crummiest town or something.

This is not relted to the ATV part of theis post , but to the strange names of communities.
I am from an area n Newfoundland, Canada called Conception Bay. My home town is very near The Gut. Other interesting communities nearby:
*****
Blow me Down
Cow's Head
Joe Batt's Arm
There are many more, but I can't find the list of them now.

Life was much more pleasant and families were funcioning properly in 50'.Emancipation was suppose to be good for women, but it was not. It was causing a family and a society destrukcion, where the wumen and their children are the victim after all.Even today, clever women should follow the rule of 50'.Staying at home with kids, being less demanding, always good looking and pleasant. TO create a safe heaven for her man and her family is a wife,s and mother's mission. To make her family happy or to make one happy family.Planning next ATV trip may be part of it.... after all above is met.
To find the woman like that may be very ,very difficult nowadays. There's tons of selfish, bossy bit%@# around, though.
It would be interesting to see how our freedom changed since 50'.Maybe "interesting" is not the right word.
