800 sportsman belt issue fix
The 800 if driven hard and not allowed breaks inbetween to allow the belt to cool down is having an issue with premature belt damage.
Throw in a WHITE HOT SEAT springand go 2 - 3 grams heavier on the weights. Works great, Weve got 1100 miles on it now with verry agressive riding and not a problem.. Great wellie kit also..........if thats what u after........

800 sportsman belt issue fix
Well my belt went bad after 100 miles of very aggressive riding. 30 of those miles has a Dalton blue spring in it but with stock weights, so I don't know if most of the damage was done before the spring change or not. I have a new belt on it with about 42 very aggressive miles on it and will see how long it will last. If this doesn't work, then I will try your method. Thank's for the set-up.

RMKCAC 700, is the white Hotseat spring and weights you speak of make the RPM's higher on engagement ??......Also the clutching IMO kind of falls off around 50 and doesn't pull as hard -- What can you tell me about acceleration - Is that clutching combo pull harder throughout the powerband ?..... Also, did you lose any top speed ?...... Thanks in advance
