Default phoenix seat problem

Any phoenix riders out there be careful when refitting your seat after removal. I took mine off yesterday & found that the LH lug that locates it at the front has pushed a hole thru one of the engines breather hoses, appears to be just poorly located. Mine will get fixed under warranty but just take a little extra care when replacing it in future.
Other than this small problem shes still running like a dream except for an occasional backfire- too rich?
Got some pics up now too, cruise by & take a look.

Thanks for the "heads up" on the hose, I'll take a look at it. I noticed that the space from the tank to the seat was getting larger maybe mine is not seated well. I have an issue I'm trying to fix too, my Phoenix also backfires when I let up on the gas (not all the time though) and during a ride something "pop's" off the two front clamps on the airbox (top) ?? Could I be too heavy?? (180lb) and maybe the seat is pushing down on the box??

To fix the backfire problem, remove the four screws on the throttle cover and bend the tab away from the switch that is being depressed at idle.
