line off bottom of carb for 500 scrambler?

line off bottom of carb for 500 scrambler?
There is a small line off of the bottom of the carb with a little round filter that says VAC. I removed my carb to rejet and did not see where this went. anyone know were it goes to?

I think it is just a drain, It ran fine after I drove it around the yard, But it would be nice to know for sure [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
