Chris,

I got some great shots but for some reason they won't upload. Just sent email to Tech service to find out why.

John, make sure that they aren't to big ... I think they have to be 800x600 or less. If you are using Microsoft Windows XP ... they have a powertoy "picture resizer" on www.microsoft.com

Actually the pictures must be 700 pixels max in either direction, and a maximum of 150kb in size. IrfanView is a great free program that makes the resizing and basic editing of photos very easy. Just open them in IrfanView, and have the folder they are saved in open also. Shrink the photo down to 700 pixels by whatever, save it, and then look at the file to see if it is still larger than 150kb (it probably will be). After that, just keep shrinking and cropping little by little until its the right size.

Also, when you save something as a jpeg, it sometimes asks what quality you want. Pick something in the 7-9 range, you wont see noticable quality loss at these resolutions. It will drastically reduce file size, letting you keep the resolution fairly high. (On the ones where I had the quality on 10, I had to shrink them to 400 by something, but the ones with the quality on 8, they were small enough size at 700 pixels wide.

When you take your thumb off the gas it's like putting the brake on.
Thats the EBS. Uses engine compression to slow down the wheels. I don't have it on my 400, so I can't speak from experience, but riders say that you learn to slowly release the throttle to use it to effectively regulate your speed. Some like it, some don't.

Congratulations, and have fun tomorrow.
