So I took a chance and bought a used rack extender for my daughters 2002 Magnum 325 from ebay. Naturallly no attaching hardware arrived with the rack. Sellers says it was in the box and yeah the box was a bit mashed. The ends of the rack fit down into the recesses on the rack but there is no bolt that sticks out of the rack or no threads inside the ends of the tube to attach to. The part appears to be polaris as it has a polaris number that shows up on the purepolaris site. The tube ends have a hole thru them cross ways of what would be up and down, Appears to have been punched out prior to painting so I do not think it is modified. Are there fasteners available to attach this rack. The local dealer says they come only with the rack not seperately. Any Ideas?
