where are you riding?

I live in Calgary and ride in all of southern alberta

I use bears claws in the back and razors in the front.

helps in turning and the claws gives me the extra bit when mud does come around

I can give you more info on which front tires i use ( and i have been thru alot)

Min 6 ply

cheers

Ahh u wont be dissappointed with XCT's! I LOVE MINE!! lol the day i picked em up and put them on the stockers felt like nothin, i had alot more control in the woods, with turning and just pure traction in muddy conditions, i ride tons of trails and ditches so they were the perfect tire for me. I dont know how they work in the snow tho, i know they'll work better then the stockers, i dont use them in the snow mainly because id rather wear down my stockers then my holeshots but i know they'd work better. My dealer recommended them for the 4 wheel drive and that they should be good in the mud, i dont personally ride in the mud to much just because i dont like washing my bike and idk lol i just dont unless i have to but u wont be dissapointed with the tires. I dont know how much we got them for with the ITP rims but i could ask my dad and see, they were a present so i dont know but if u have any questions just ask

i have them on my 400. there is a night and day difference from the 489 tires. i thought i was losing power until i put on the xct's. it wasn't a lack of power, it was just spinning too much on hardpack clay and sandy trails. i never really put them in deep mud holes but they worked good on creek crossings. i think you will like them. i got mine from golden west cycle for 475 US shipped and mounted on itp aluminum wheels.

I had them all the way around my scrambler 400 4X4. They worked great in snow, mud, and anything mother nature would throw at me. I still have them on the front but wanted to see how the Razor's performed on the rears since my XCT's were getting worn out. The Razors seem to be working good but I will see how they hold up.
