Default Customer Installed 250R suspension on Sport 400

Hi,

I've seen a couple of pics of Sprot 400 with custom installed fron suspensions (double A-arms). I'm thinking aof doing it on mine, any detailed pics, thanks.

Check out my pics.
I have a bunch more that I am working on getting to a CD to help out people who want to try it. It takes more work thatn you would think, and its pricey, depending on what parts you use.

You have to make everything a custom fit, as very few thing in front of the front motor mount will fit right.

saw the pics Troyer, very ambitious to say the least. nice work! is the wheel travel angle consistant with the original lower a arm to maintain OEM geometry? how is the set up holding up?

peace

The wheel travel is exactly like the 250R. I took a lot of time to be sure that the geometry of them frame did not change, including the angle of the steering stem in relation to the frame and the a-arms.

I just got the frame and it looks like everything will fit. Im just gonna switch out the front end. Now i gotta save up for some 300ex or 400ex a-arms.
