I replaced the starter last year. Starter was working before winter storage. This spring the starter doesn't operate again. Is there anything I should be doing to get the brushes in the starter making contact? Pulling the starter out again is like a major job. Any tricks or suggestions appreciated. Thanks guys, Capt.
