Your views are fundamentally right...however are you willing to place all your faith in BIG business instead of a government (BIG) run by elected officals.WE all complain while others in the world dont have the option of voting!
Whats worse,many of us dont take the time to educate ourselves ...or bother to vote at all!!
Maybe we are getting what we deserve??
In Minnesota ,we elected a 3rd party candidate and we're still alive n' well.The only people complaining are those so entrenched in old party politics...with no centralist ideas... and they still haven"t figured it out.To be so far to the right..(or left) leaves so much of the general population wondering ,who is FOR us ...
I wish we could start all over again ...

Rangerchet:

A vote for Nader is a vote for gore! If you believe in less personal freedom, the end of the second amendmend, ie go ahead and give up your guns now because they will never stop until we end up like Australia.

Clinton has already caused more damage to the national defense than you can imagine. Clintons next move is head of the United Nations where he will try to put US Armed forces under UN command,gore as president and clinton in the UN we are going to be in deep dodo.

Please don't throw away your vote. No politician is perfect but think how hard it is to beat a democrap who promises more and more and more give aways at he expense of your hard earned tax dollars

Semper Fi! BLH

I couldn't put it better. I feel sorry for the folks that are going to hand over our country to the HOLLYWOOD GORE LEFTISTS.

I am a physician. I served in Vietnam.I worked my way through school, I came from a poor working class family. I probably pay more in taxes than most people make. I would not mind if I could designate where my money went, but I can't.

So I watch in dismay as less educated are duped into believing that gore will "do more for me"

The SAD FACT is that all they want to do is enslave you more, treat you like you are too stupid to care for yourself.

You will be more and more like socialists which has not worked too well in Europe and Russsia and it is certainly not what has made America the greatest country in the world even if it is not perfect.

GO BUSH CHENEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The problem is the presidential election is a 2 party system. If it was a close 3 way then I say vote for your green or blue canidate. But for the mislead souls that voted for ross perot we got 8 year of the most corrupt commie pinko leader we have ever had as president.

People who don't know history are doomed to repeat it.

I wasn't going to post to this topic but the ignorance shown in this post forces me to. No where in the Constitution is the phrase Separation of Church and State used. No where!!!! If you disagree, read it. Every citizen of this country needs to read The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. By doing so you will be able to quote facts and not heresay. You will also understand the values and MORALS this country was founded on. The worst crime that has been committed in the last century has been that of liberal judges reinterpreting the constitution and citing NO PRECEDENTS. This was a RADICAL change from any other court in history. This was the same court that removed God from schools and agreed that we evolved from slime.
I'll stop now. Sorry for the rambling.
Bush=morals

rangerchet, not voting may ease your conscience, but I see it as a lame excuse to justify laziness. Do some research on all the canidates! If you can't find anything to like, look for things you absolutely do not want to see in our next president, and then vote for the person most likely to beat him! To all of you who are voting for so and so because "my friend says...." do your own research, don't rely on some bozo off the street to give you accurate information. And for crying out loud, READ THE CONSTITUTION and find out what it really says! I think you'll be surprized at what it says, (and doesn't say.) End of rant...

For an atv forum. this topic line has been interesting reading. Better then the bash polaris
postings we sometimes get. In the end. I will probably vote for bush. The N.R.A., wants us to vote for bush and the atv riding issue, the ama wants us to vote for bush. I hear what your saying
about periot but think about this. I voted for perot the 2 times he ran. Not because I wanted him to win. In fact, I knew he would not. I accomplished my goal, which was to make the reform
party I viable party. That happened. the party is authorized the same campaign funds that the other 2 partys get. All the reform party needed to do, was to stick together and find a top quality candidate and they could win a presidential election. I did not and do not consider my votes back then as wasted. I don't consider bucannen as a fit in the reform party. I don't even think of him as republican. He's more radical then anything. So he is not a choice in my mind. Of course, Gore is a liar and a phony. Its as clear as a budist temple. Bush is going to spend 400 million to win the election. What I am afraid of, is that he is going to owe allot of corporations and special interests, quite a bit of loyalty and I don't think very many of them favor me as an individual. I wish We could take a portion of gore
and a portion of bush, re-work him. Give him the honesty and integrity that so many registered atv forum people here have. then we would have someone
we would love to vote for. rangerchet

Ok guys, I've counted all the posts....

Bush = 30
Gore = 4
3rd = 2
says "probably Bush" = 2

Many of us have given our reasons for our votes, many have not. Those of you voting for Gore, you have said nothing to convince me he's right for the job. In all fairness, apparently we have not convinced you about Bush either. Re-read, ask questions, state facts. Tell us why.....

Early on Al Gore said one of his main objectives is preserving the enviroment.Im from NJ and you should see the strict emmisions tests for our cars .Im sure he would see off road rec vehicles exhaust as wasteful and local governments are going around closing riding areas to save weeds!
