Default SCRAMBLER CLUTCH

WHAT WEIGHTS DO YOU USE ON YOUR PRIMARY? THIS IS WHAT I HAVE 50 WEIGHTS HPD RED/ YELLOW LOOKING FOR MORE BOTTOM END POWER ? WHAT ABOUT HPD SILVER/GOLD SPRING OR SILVER SPRING?
I HAVE HPD TRAIL MOD WITH RACE MOD PIPE AND 39 PWK AND V-FORCE REEDS THANKS

ive got the HPD violet with 10-56 weights. tons of bottom end. but then again, the 400 and 500 are totally different for clutch setup.

right now i am trying the red/yel with s55 and it engages at 3500+ rpm and topping out @6700 rpm and rcr mid pipe and it seems to have good bottom end spins my 25" vampires easy

Don't let the hp numbers fool you. Its all in how you get it to the ground. Clutching clutching clutching!

TRy a set of S58 weights and that should get you some bottom end but check to be dure you are getting full shiftout.If not you may have to go with a HPD red or violet.

Wow Charly. I didn't know that you ran that setup. I bet that sucker takes off like a rocket with as much torque as those machines have. That's what I run on my machine.

what sort of rpm do you pull out of that?with that setup HPD violet with 10-56 weights

well i am sorry to say that i dont have a tach hooked up yet.

but i have tried several springs and weights and this is by far the best out of the hole, seat of the pants, go get em feel that i have come across.

race mod pipe? try the gold HPD primary or silver or for more
aggressive go for the blue with 55 g of weights.
with the trail mod the pipe won't peak as high it should be,i think
your setup should run around 69-7000 rpm.
