Good,great,ok, and yeah.
They ride pretty smooth for a mudder, and would ride real good on a SP. They are as good a mudder as you can get, short of a super agressive tread like a Mudzilla, or Mud Machine. They also handle pretty good.
You would prolly need a lift of somesort. Prolly a 2" lift would suffice, and a spacer to keep the tires from rubbin the frame might be nessecary.
For power, it would deffinanty slow you down some, how much idk.
There are ppl on here that can help you more than me. Try this post in the ute forum, or the tire/suspension forum.
Good Luck, and congrats on your new quad.

Check out my gallery & see the comments below the pics that list my tire sizes.
I have a 2005 - 500 sportsman with 28" ITP 589s & I love them.
They are excellent in mud, snow, water, on trails, hills. They do take a little bit of power to turn them but.
I see only one down side- they do not give on a tree root & they tend to spin a bit because they are a hard tire & they grab a hold of grapes vines alot too.
