Polaris Predator carb tuning
#1
Well, my neighbour has a 2005 Polaris Predator.
He's very happy with the quad, but ofcourse he is searching for a little more power.
He already changed the silencer and intake but still wants more pull
Tried to swap the stock carb with a Mikuni TM42 pumpercarb but he couldn't really get it to run right. (it runs very well on top but no bottom end power)
So he decided to put the stock carb back on. However he heard some rumours about tuning the stock carb so it will deliver more power?
Can anybody shed some light on this subject and to how it's done?
