Default AWD System Diff For '06 Polaris's?

Are they any different?, Im not a moron, but the only the reason i would think this is because, on the Polaris Site for specifications, it has
Selectable 2WD/4WD with On Demand AWD. So is it the same, or did they just word it different, from previous years?

It is the same on the Sportsman 1 up models and Hawkeye, the X2 has front wheel back drive (front wheels will brake some with AWD).

if the X2 has a different front end that engauges EBS to the front wheels, maybe it would be worth picking up that driveline peice and mounting it to a 1up quad?
