cool. you know, people locally will do it too. i dont mean custom porters, but a machine shop can do it. saves you money on shipping and they DO mill it.

i dont think they will, they just deal and do mechanical work. i guess you could try tho.

You are going to teardown a 800 polaris , take the head to a machine shop and tell them to "Mill It" ?

I would advise keeping the tools in the toolbox and leave the quad in one piece if this is what you are planning .

no i was just commenting on how milling looks nicer for a port job than grinding it with a hand tool.

 

why does it matter how it looks? youre never going to see it after you put it on, and your engine doesn't give a fluck what it looks like.
