This Is Kinda A Repost...
I need some help with the wire position's on the Tbap connector on my 04 700 EFI.. The four wires that go to the connector pulled out on me and I have no idea which order they go back in the plug. Each hole in the plug is labeled with a number 1, 2, 3, and 4. I was wondering if someone with this same connector could look at their's for me and let me know which color wire goes with which number.
Treacherous already responded to me on a previos thread(Thanks Again!), but unfortunately he could'nt give me a exact answer because he has done repair work to his plug. FOR ALL EFI OWNERS THAT DON"T KNOW WHICH SENSOR THIS IS, it's the one just past your air box. It has 4 wires, pink/white, pink, orange and purple.

1. Purple - Sensor Ground
2. Pink/White - Air Temp Signal
3. Orange - 5V Sensor Supply
4. Pink - Barometric Pressure Signal

hello weekend warrior,i have a 2009 700 ranger and found the wires broke on the tbap sensor.was wondering if i could purchase your repair kit for that sensor

 

10 year old posts,sometimes people just disappear over time. Common problem on the efi machines. Polaris sensor harness repair kits are junk as I've installed many. Same thin wiring and connectors on the kits as what's already on the machine.Designed to fail again. There's a "sticky post" at the top of the expert section on 700/800 efi wiring problems,but includes the 500 also whether a Sportsman or Ranger. That can only be done at dealers with Polaris Digital Wrench software. On reflashing the ecu,most dealers charge around 1 hr labor as it does take some time.
