Default driving with a wet air filter.....????

today my air filter got soaked on my pred. i still drove it but when i hit it hard it would bogg down. when i got home i checked it out and the filter looks like crap now, there was some lint on top of the box cover. my question is did i do any harm? i am worried that maybe some lint from the wet filter or some dirt got into the engine. the bike is about 3 months old.

thanks.

Just replace the filter, air won't flow through it very well when they're wet. Check your oil to make sure there's no water in the engine.....
