The “universal” Polaris manuals since ’99 have been almost worthless. I agree, you pay $4000-$7000 for a new machine and you get a POS like that for a manual. Very disappointing. The 2001 manuals that came with our new SP HOs still show the old carb setup for bowl drainage and idle adjustment. What a crock!

Here’s a little easier method for radiator cleaning, providing you have the proper tools. With a Makita cordless impact driver I remove the 4 torx screws that secure the front rack and the 4 torx screws that secure the front bumper. This exposes the radiator well enough to blast it out with either water or air. I can have both these pieces removed or installed in about 90 seconds of minimal effort.
