It looks like some folks mentioned to change the damping, but before you did that, I would loosen the spring preload first. I set mine all most all the way to the top (loosest) and it rides great for me just like that. IMO, they adjust that way too tight from the factory. For reference also, I'm 225 and like getting air, and I've never had a problem with that setting. Ref page 150 of the manual...
