If you get your belt wet take it out of gear and rev it up a few times. This blows the water out and dries the belt. You can be on your way again in about two minutes.

sorry to be a pain, you have been very helpful. I picked up a piece of tubing, and ran it from the end of the intake up under the plastic on the left side to the area where the electrical wires are under the choke. It looks like it can draw air without a problem as there are vents in the front plastic. Do I need to cut holes in the plastic to make sure enuff air gets in. What are the risks of not enuff air? Still not sure how I will permanantely mount the plastic tubing to the intake. Perhaps some sort of plastic seal. I did not replace the entire intake as you did, looking more to just lengthen ithe intake as I'm a little nervous pulling off too many parts to get at it. If you ever have a chance to post those pictures that would be fantastic......Thanks again for your help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
