Yes, I would never do that (OOPS 1). Never ride with only your front left a-arm skid plate. It causes your quad to become unbalanced and flip. You can see by the picture that it flipped in the direction of the side with the greater weight. If you install the rest of the skid plates, it should balance out and prevent this in the future.

the skid plates are on both A-arms....not sure if you were joking or not....has nothing to do with why I flipped, but because of the lighting one of the Stick Stoppers (not A-arm skid plate) does not show up in the photo with the same reflection

Always know the area your riding in... specifically in the dark, or fading light.... scramblerXLE knows what i'm talking about... he was playing in a field when he felt a sudden bump and came to an abrupt hault... which was followed by fixing the dents in both of his left rims and re-inflating his tires... oh yeah, and moving the rock that caused it.

DO NOT work on a quad when pops has his new harley and your brothers $30,000 show truck are sitting right infront of it. i was trying to figure out why the quad wouldnt start in gear when the clutch was pulled. i wired the switch together (holding it with my clutch hand) hit the start button and dads harley went straight into the back of the truck. i imediately left, called home, and told them to walk out to the garage. then said i would be home in about 2 days.

same thing with my 700 EFI flipped, the terrain doesn't look that steep, but it was very steep, my front left tire dropped off probably only about a 5" rock and I was already on the verge of going over and when it dropped off, over I went...
