Default Clutch advise needed

So, help me out with understanding what does what on these clutches. I know there are some guys out there that know everything and anything about these clutches.
So, I have a 700EFI. I purchased a BMP Supertip Clutch that allows me to adjust the weights in the form of washers that I can add to the heel, middle and tip. I have it set up right now so it is monsterous and pulls extremely hard up to 40. After that, it falls on its face. I am only taching out around 5400 RPM's. I have the stock spring in there because I like the engagement. I have a spring that I got with the kit that is about 1/2 taller and stiffer (no color, just a green stripe on it). Let me know. I would like to keep the hard pull, but would like to fix the top end.

Sounds like you might your weights are setup to heavy. How do you have your weights setup and how heavy are they? You should be seeing 6000-6200 rpms at WOT.
