700 carb kit

Okay what exactly does the jet kit do? Sorry might be a dumb question but i have never really heard what it does. I have an 05 700 carb. just seeing what i could add to mine.

The kit gave me better cold starts and bettter throttle response.

Hey jimmypsp700 is that 162.5 stock or did you go up from the 155 .Mine stock has the 155.EPI says to go up to the 162.5 with my clutch .Thats were confusion set in with stock# vs Dynojet

Thats the stock one it came with from the factory on the early 2002 models.
