Went riding out in Maybrook yesterday and I was riding behind a guy we met out there on his Sportsman 700 twin. He did the look behind to check on the rest of the pack and started to slide to the side on ice. He went off the trail and caught some snow and flipped over once breaking his collar bone.Poor guy was in alot of pain. His buddy rode back to the car to get his trailer and DEC showed up. They were very helpful and got him the medical attention he needed. I probably won't ever seem them again cause we met on the trail but here's to a speedy recovery Dude.

Thats really too bad that happened. Theres people who screw around on those things and never flip over or do anything but there you prolly got a guy who never screws around and bam! it just happens. Hope he has a quick recovery.

Yep, buddy of mine was rippin down a dry riverbed on his Predator and turned around for a second, hit a rut while just a bit off kilter...broken collar bone and ankle. Amazing how quick those things will get away from you when you turn around...

NEVER turn around at speed, that’s what mirrors are for! Did you know that an EFI machine will idle just fine upside down? I rolled mine on the first ride last March. It came to rest on the top of the handlebars and lid of the rear box, sat there and idled like nothing happened. Of course it was pumping crankcase oil into the air box at a significant rate while it was doing it. What a mess. I broke a mirror, a hand guard and kind’a squashed the bracket on my winch switch, that’s it.

That sucks. We bought 2 way radios/walkie talkies with headphone/microphones so that nobody has to do the"look behind".

Really! Which ones did you get and how well do they work with all the background noise while riding? I'm looking for a set up for my wife and I...and maybe our whole riding family.

When we take the whole crew, we've got 5 full-size atv's and 2 little 90's.

Thanks!
