Default 4x4 Problems

I was plowing a bunch yesterday, and my battery pretty much died from all the winch use for raising and lowering the plow. Anyways, I pull started it and let it idle a while to get the battery charged up some. Long story short, I got stuck because my 4x4 worked in forward, then when I tried to back out, my override button didn't engage my 4x4. I could spin the rears as fast as I wanted in reverse, but the fronts wouldn't engage. The reverse light didn't come on at that time either. Then after I got it unstuck, everything worked just fine. Is this just because the battery was low, or does this mark the beginning of another problem with my Sportman? Thanks for any insight.

P.S. I did throw the charger on the battery, but haven't ridden in yet since then.

sound like it is just you ran the power down to low in the Bat. When they are idleing they do not put out much of a charge a in your case did charge it up. They don't work like a car an charge good at idle. I would put it on a charger an you should be fine.
