I have an 02 500 HO sportman i have since put on 26" Mud Lights with 1 " wheel spacers,my problem is i purchased the wheel spacers used. One of the studs is over torqued and streached.I have been looking to find new ones but Kimpex or no one seems to know where to find these studs.I know they must be available, anyone know where???? 3/8X24 nf with the right spline and head???The company that makes them says we will sell you a new set of spacers There is nothing wrong with them other than i would feel a bit safer if they were replaced as i like to drive my bike if you know what i mean.If any one knows where i can find some email me at ghawkins@nbnet.nb.ca

Post the name of the company who made the spacers if you will. It would be nice for the rest of us to know so that we could avoid doing business with jacklegs who won't provide you with a freakin stud, in order to force you to buy an new set of spacers.
There are a couple of things you can do.
1 Knock the stud out and take it to a local auto parts store, chances are they will be able to match it up to somthing in stock.
2 Failing that pull the spacer, knock the stud out and drill out the hole and replace the stud with a grade 8 nut and bolt. I have done this on a tractor and if it works on a 5 ton tractor, it'l do ya fine on your quad.
Regards
