MY TIRE FELL OFF!!!!!!!
well, up here in belchertown ma, there is about 1' of snow and i came around the corner when my tire broke right before the brake roter on my tb 250, my dad and i both think it was a defect, because it sheerd of it a perfect line!!!!!! then (this is the best part) i took the beast (700 efi) straped a rope to it and pulled the tb up a hill through a foot of snow that has a 1inch layer of ice on the top!!! this bike is truly the biggest beast i have ever seen or ridden beside the 800 of course!!!!!!!!! also i just got a aaen megaphone pipe for it, do u think this will add power?, or just make it louder. what other pipes or out there for it besides the whitebros e-series, because they stopped making that....

www.hotseatperformance.com they have alot of stuff for the 700. the 800 EFI primary clutch is the best bang for your buck. that, the 800 header, muffler from HSP, Power Commander to do your EFI mapping from Dyno-Jet, and a K&N filter and you should be able to pull wheelies in high

MY TIRE FELL OFF!!!!!!!
just read about ur incident with the wheel coming off...I've had the same problem with my 99 sportsman 500...in Aug 05 the right side came off while riding & and in Nov 05 the same thing happened to the left side...when I contacted my local dealer...the 1st time they had never heard of it...and the second time they just shut me down saying there was nothing they could do...so I found it very interesting that someone else has the same problem...both my axles broke in the same place within a 1/32" of each other...when u look at the end the centre of the cast is very rough while the outside is smooth...I've spoken to a machinist and his response is that it is a casting flaw...I have become very concerned that this may be a safety issue...anyone else ever have this problem??? gud riding from the north...

MY TIRE FELL OFF!!!!!!!
I have a ATP 330 and my right rear tire fell off too. I had about 250 miles on it and was 1 month out of my 6 month warr. I thought it was going to cost me around 250.00, but they got it covered under warr. for 1300.00. When the tire fell of it ripped the caliper off, and hose, and tore the axle tube. This machine has a straight axle with the turf mode thingy. I think it was a defect in the axle that is why they covered it with no questions. It just sheered off at the wheel.
