The bulb assembly is made by GE. Part # GE-894. you should be able to do a search and find it. it is the stock Polaris # 4030048. good luck and Merry Xmas.

These bulbs can be bought at most any auto parts stores and some Walmarts for less than half what a Polaris dealer gets.
