I have a 05 700 twin non efi, with less than 15 hours. It pulls wheelies easy in high gear. just sit back on the seat and pull on the handle bars and hold on.
you must have a beast for one to pull up in H.

Some 800's do and some dont.
Just like some can beat a KQ's and brute's and some can't.
Unfortunatly mine cant do either(stock).
But i put a clutch kit in and that took care of the wheelie part.
NO pulling on the bars or leaning back, just put it in High and go.
2500# winch, double tube bumpper and a 50# bag of corn on the front rack
I wonder why that is?
Does anyone have any ideas?
Could it have anything to do with the break in procedure or maybe grade of fuel?
I dont see how they can be differant.
when i was looking up the 800 clutch, they show 2 different primary clutches. both have the same replacement #, but with different descriptions. i bet some of them built early may have the problem?
Where did you find the info at?
i cant say for sure. i was doing searches finding the best place to order the primary clutch for my 700. it was an online parts catalog, and had 2 different build dates for them.
dave at breese told me they only made the one part #, but i wonder if the factory part could be a lil different?

I wouldnt doubt it a bit. Something screwy is going on.
