My dealer told me that the 600,700,800 clutch weight are not the same as all the other atv or sleds is this true? I would like to get some weight and play around with my clutching.

Yea they are all different weights. The 800 uses the heaviest I think 60 & 62 grams and my 700 had 56 gram weights stock. The 600 use lighter weights than 700 but I not for sure what gram.

Some will and some wont .The bushed(ones with bushings) sled weights will work.
Heck just get some of your buddys sled weights and take the ones out of your atv and compare.Bet they will interchange.

Vap I see you already have the EPI clutch set-up, however the Heel Clicker clutch kit will allow you to play around with clutch weights by adding or subtracting the weight and location on the weight arm. At around $160 it's an inexpensive way to experiment with different weight and primary spring combinations.
