That was another thing I did to the wifes truck. Pulled up to the back of the bed. When I tied it down, the bumper came down on it and left a dent. Sorry honey.

I came as close as you can get without doing it. Was pulling into the back of my Ranger (before I made ramps for the wheel wells) on a misty morning. Had to gas it a little extra from the moisture to get it over the wells, and missed the brake. Got it in time to stop (just) and it still hit the back window. The plastic on my sliding middle window still has the scratches from the bumper. When I got home, I made ramps form 2x6 that went from the front of the wells to the back of the bed. The front wheels of the quad actually rode on the ramp. Cost to build ramps, 20 dollars. Cost of not replacing rear window, priceless.

I own an '04 Colorado crew cab 4x4 (5 ft. bed) & my Scrambler fits just fine. You will have to leave the tailgate down for sure.

You could prolly carry the colorado around in the sportsman. The 500 will have more torque.... Built FORD Tough.

now now, this isnt a car manufacturer arguement, even though the colorado has a small inline 5, no need to go bashing it.

When I bought the wife's Silverado, one dealer (who amazingly I didn't buy from) swore to me they had V6's in them. I had already checked to see what they could pull and what size motors they did offer.
