Default Manual fan switch

Questions...Questions.....I know that I am new to the board but I am not new to riding. I just found this site and it seems to be the best on the web so I wanted to gather some knowledge from all of you on here.

The question I have is how can I wire up a manual fan switch to my 500 sportsman? I am not very electrical inclined so I depend on you all.
Thanks
Jason

I'd trust the automatic control until proven bad. Add a temp gauge kit (quadavator.com) to monitor the condition of your radiator if you lake to play in the mud (who doesn't).
