i was thinking about gettin a wiseco .060 piston off of ebay for about $80

 

You dont over bore until you need to that would only waist the life of your motor with minimal power increase.
The clutch is where the power is.But I really dought if you get 65mph out of a 400 Sportsman(speedos lie bad)more lie 55 to 57

 

what would be the best kind of clutch kit to get?

 

HPD or Heelclicker.

 

i was thinking the same thing also, my 500 barely does 60 on the road and does about 62 - 63 MAX down hill on the road

it does do 80 tho
